We're a tiny handmade brand, and we know every piece is made by hand — so a little care on both sides goes a long way.
Made-to-order, by hand
Because each item is made after you order it, we can't offer exchanges for change of mind. Please read descriptions and colour notes carefully before ordering — photos can look slightly different from the real, handmade thing.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
How to reach us
The fastest way is a DM on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. We reply to every message — usually within a day.
